Bikram Yoga Austin at Yogagroove is dedicated to the healing powers of Bikram Yoga. Our mission is “to provide a safe, welcoming and professional environment for adults of all backgrounds, health levels and economic resources to practice Bikram Yoga.” Welcome to Yogagroove! Welcome home. Bikram Yoga Austin LLC was opened for classes January 1, 2001 and is independently owned and operated and goes by the name "Yogagroove." Yogagroove is permanently located in approximately 5,500 square feet of space with dressing rooms with showers for men and women. Yogagroove offers 54 Bikram Yoga classes a week. All teachers are Bikram Certified and Bikram Yoga is and has always been the only yoga form taught at Yogagroove.
