We offer Anusara Yoga classes for all levels; joining excellent alignment principles with spiritual, heart-felt themes. Our studio is beautiful and sunny, overlooking a courtyard with flowers, trees, and the Saddle River creating an atmosphere conducive to yoga and meditation. As Anusara yoga teachers, we are dedicated to serving each student. We seek to help you unfold your yoga practice in the most organic, uplifting and empowered way. Our goal is to honor and support each student, seeing the best in you and to assist you in your experience of finding the highest within yourself. Our classes will both teach you the basic principles of Anusara yoga and move you deeper and deeper into your yoga practice. Each student works at his or her own level, finding a comfortable starting point and moving forward from there.
