Through yogic practices, we seek to cultivate, sustain and enhance the life force - absorbing as much prana through breath as possible. The most effective way of doing this is through pranayama (prah-nah-yah-mah), breathing techniques or breath control. Yama (yah-mah) is literally translated as control, discipline, regulation or mastery. Ayama (ah-yah-mah) means expansion, growth, extension, or magnification. Pranayama is the expansion of the life force! Why Pranayama? -reduces stress -strengthens immune system -increases lung capacity -boosts metabolism -calms the mind -improves focus and concentration -removes toxins from the body Price: $40 (advance) or $50 (day of) You can register by signing up on our online schedule!
