Susan “Lip” Orem, Heathen Hill's owner and well known NYC yoga instructor, knows how yogis like to eat, practice, and rest. She did not miss a thing in making this property, warm, comfortable and a great place to relax. You'll spend time with Julie Dohrman, who's refined skill at using Anusara’s Universal Principles of Alignment and the Loop system will give you the necessary awareness, confidence and strength to take your practice to a whole new level. Two classes a day; a strong practice in the morning, and a quieter practice in the evening, woven with pranayama and meditation fulfill a playful practice and leave plenty of time to spend with nature.
