Each day of the retreat students will enjoy a morning and evening yoga practice, suitable for all levels, from true beginners to advanced yogis. Drawing from traditional Hatha yoga postures and principles of meditation, yoga sessions facilitate a spirit of curious exploration and present-moment awareness. This daily yoga practice encourages an open and receptive attitude that allows you to enhance well-being in your body, feelings, thoughts, and spirit.
