Still Flowing Yoga Teacher trainings are 1 month long yoga intensives courses certified by the European Yoga Alliance and International Yoga Federation at the 200 hr level at present the courses are running in Ibiza and Thailand. We take a maximum of 12 students on each course so we work closely and individually with each teacher trainee. These deeply transformational courses are taught by a team of international world Yoga & Meditation teachers who from their in depth experience and total commitment to the field are able to present a course that amply reflects this enormous subject in its myriad forms. On this course the subject of Yoga and the teachings of the Buddha are always treated with the greatest respect, concentration and focus but at the same time we findways to learn and teach that are fun, light hearted, compassionate and also fully relevant to our everyday modern lives.
The teachings are transmitted in many different ways using a variety of disciplines, methods, techniques and words so that trainees will always find words and ways that resonate individually with them and also comprehend the essential oneness inherent in the diverse teachings of Yoga. Each trainee will have an individual tutorial session with one of the teachers during the course to give them support, guidance and also to receive their feedback.
As our teachers are all individuals that have found their own unique way in Yoga so we encourage the same in our trainees. We set optimum conditions for the course to take place that include spectacular natural locations and a learning space of freedom, humour and tolerance so that each trainees inner teacher is awoken within them. This inner teacher will be their main guide and source of inspiration in life, in Yoga and in teaching. At the same time trainees will be developing their own sacred Yoga and Meditation practice, learning practical Yoga teaching skills and additionally widening their knowledge of Yoga so that they may teach in a “whole” and informed way when their time is right with safety, skill, clarity, understanding and compassion.
The Still Flowing style of Yoga has evolved organically over the years and has the potential to align the practitioner with the universal rhythm and flow inherent in all natural processes it is fluid and is not fixed in its form or conclusions. It is an ongoing enquiry into the body mind complex.
