The Bhagavad Gita Workshop
with Narayan Champawat

Saturday, July 10th
1:30-4:30pm

Price: $20 (advance) / $30 (day of)

The Bhagavad Gita – literally “the song of God” expounds the most basic, and the most advanced knowledge about the world in which we live.

The Gita outlines the four primary types of yoga:
Karma – “discipline of action”
Jnana – “path of knowledge”
Dhyana – “meditation”
Bhakti – “devotion”

It also offers essential knowledge of the self: an understanding of one’s eternal spiritual identity, the nature of God, and the eternal relationship the individual shares with the Supreme.

Narayan Champawat is Professor Emeritus of Philosophy from CSUN. He is an inspiring lecturer who will place the Bhagavad Gita into a historical and philosophical perspective.
