Children need at least an hour of activity everyday. Yoga is a very beneficial activity to choose. It will improve your child’s flexibility and strength and it can help with their coordination as well. The exercise that they are getting for their bodies is also helping them understand that healthy people can come in all shapes and sizes. Yoga also teaches children that taking care of the body is important and can lead them to make better food choices.
