Diary of a yoga retreat
How many times have we yogis dreamt and thought about attending an international yoga retreat. Many for me. But how many times do we actually book the ticket and make the trip. Not so many.
This time I actually did it. I booked the ticket and secured my place on a yoga retreat in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. Something I had hoped for and really never thought possible.
I kept a diary for the 10 day wonder and find myself very happy to share this with you, the reader. Keeping a diary is a very personal thing but I feel ready to share my experiences in the hope that somebody out there may connect with my thoughts and, like myself, book that ticket.
A yoga retreat is a fantastic opportunity to really connect with yourself and to go within via a yoga practice. Unusual opportunity and something that does not come by every day.
Live vicariously through me and see for with your own eyes how it feels to practice yoga twice a day on a tropical island. Meeting like minded people from all over the world is fun and so is yoga.
Enjoy the reading!!!
