Yogena Cittasya
This chant is dedicated to the sage Patanjali, who is the author of the Yoga Sutras. His sutras are thought by many to be the beginning of yoga and the philosophy associated with yoga. This chant is often practiced at the start of a yoga practice or a lecture on the yoga sutras. Sung in Sanskrit, as all chants are, it is an amazing way to connect to the ever present vitality flowing through the universe.
